Our technical construction office undertakes:

1. The issuance of Building Permits according to the “Μethod of issuing building permits” - Ν.4495/2017 and the “New Building Regulation” - Ν.4067/2012 as well as their subsequent amendments.
The issuance of building permit its depend from categories 1,2,3 and the submission of the required supporting documentation to the approving authorities and there follows the issuance of the Building Permit with the submission of the required building assessments (topographic, architectural, static, electrical, engineering and energy efficiency – Κ.ΕΝ.Α.Κ.) .
Construction work for which a building permit is required:

• Erection – addition – extension – restoration of buildings of any type of usage (residences, shops, offices, storage, tourist accommodation, hotels) and their annexes.
• Alteration of building usage or parts of it.
• Swimming pool construction.
• Walling-in, fencing off.
• Underground water tank construction.
• Excavation – Filling.
• Demolition of a construction.

2. The issuance of Approval for small scale works (ΕΕΔΜΚ) as per ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΟΚΑ/43266/1174 (Government Gazette 1843/Β/13-5-20).

3. The drawing up of Budget Estimations and Measurements for technical building works.

4. Supervision and Time Planning for the integral and timely completion of the building works.
